Truth as Process | Structural States and Architectural Memory

Between preparation and wear, between order and entropy, this project explores an architectural fragment of a victory arch outside its position as a glorifying symbol of power or conquest, viewing it rather as a vulnerable, wavering structure.
The lumps of rock are placed in delicate tension, somewhere on the verge between stability and decline, as they expose the inherent fragility of structures built to immortalize accomplishment, control and glory.
In its form as a shard separated from the greater monument, this fragment of triumph challenges the concept of total defeat, instead offering a different perspective of victory as a partial, temporary and unstable state—within which power and fracture coexist as both achievement and potential for loss.
