All Eyes On You
All Eyes On You is an interactive installation that places the visitor inside the psychological intensity of a “match point” moment; the instant in which the outcome of a match seems to depend on a single decision, gesture, or reaction. Inspired by the heightened pressure experienced by a player at this decisive point, the work transforms the visitor into the central figure of attention, surrounded by a field of digital eyes that observe, respond, and shift collectively according to their presence.
Rather than representing a specific sport literally, the installation focuses on the emotional condition of being watched at the moment of performance. The eyes become an abstract audience, opponent, and internal voice at once, amplifying the feeling of expectation that surrounds the visitor. Their collective gaze creates a charged atmosphere in which attention becomes almost physical; playful at first, but increasingly tense and unsettling.
Through this encounter, All Eyes On You reflects on pressure, concentration, vulnerability, and the fragile boundary between control and anxiety. The work invites visitors to experience the decisive moment not as a distant spectacle, but from within: a space where every movement feels noticed, and where the simple act of being seen becomes part of the game.
